Birthday, wedding, company dinner — you name the occasion, we set the house up for it. For groups of 9 or more, we bundle everything into one form: areas, menus and prices at a glance. Smaller groups of up to 8 book directly online.
A Walk ThroughStep inside and you're in the heart of the house: the Hauptstube — open kitchen, bar, 28 seats right in the middle of it all. To the right of the entrance lies the Schwemme — 42 seats at long tables, classic tavern atmosphere, made for open, easy gatherings. It's the only area we can close off exclusively for you. And the Eintracht Stube for 13 — small, characterful, a room of its own.
And when the weather plays along: the terrace on the Hühnermarkt — 96 seats in the middle of the Old Town, looking out over the New Altstadt. Open seasonally.
For 9 guests or more, download our group form and send it back to us filled in — with the date, number of guests and your preferred area. You decide whether we seat you (your group at one table, other guests in the same area) or reserve an area exclusively for you alone. Everything else — minimum spend, menu selection for parties of 15 or more, extras — is set out in the form and in our Terms. We usually confirm your celebration within three working days.
Upper floor currently closed. The Grüne Stube, Stoltze Stube, Blaue Stube and the Stammtisch upstairs are not available at the moment. As soon as that changes, you'll read it here — until then we celebrate with you on the ground floor and the terrace.
Which is why we don't do off-the-shelf packages. Tell us what you have in mind — we'll sit down and put together an offer that suits your group: menu, drinks, room, all itemised, nothing hidden. Just ask, no strings attached — it costs nothing but an email or a call.
And Then?Just get in touch — for now, we don't need more than the date, number of guests and the occasion. We'll get back to you quickly, and if you like, come by for a Schoppen beforehand and take a look around at your leisure. On the evening itself, there's only one thing left to do: arrive. The table is set, the kitchen knows what's coming, and we take care of the rest — promised.
